Not a fan of Charley for a girl. Spelling it with "-ey" instead of "-ie" does not make it any more feminine, IMO. If you like the way it sounds, how about something like Charlotte instead?
If you are going to use Charley, which is masculine, then I suggest pairing it with a very feminine middle name. Since Reece/Rhys is unisex, I would go with Alexis.
I had a friend in college named Charlie, and while she admitted as a kid it was a little rough (come on, lots of things are rough as kids) she LOVED her name and totally rocked it.
Ok. I see Charley as a masculine name. That being said, neither Reese nor Alexis have true gender identity. Please choose a name that will lend itself to a girl, I hate the confusion.
As the mother of a little BOY named Charles (who we often call Charlie), I will defend that as a BOY's name to the end of time. With so many great girl names out there... why do you have to take a boy's name??????

Ditto the pp, I absolutely LOVE the name Charlotte (it's one of our top 3 names if we have a girl) and you could use the nn Charley/Charlie. At least this way your DD will have the choice to go by Charlotte later in life if she doesn't want to have a boy's name. I really don't like the name Charley/Charlie for a girl. The middle name Reese is cute.

My thoughts exactly.
I'd also prefer Charlotte, nn. Charley.

Charlotte Reese.
Charley as a full name for a girl is just not pretty. And I like some boy names on girls. But this one is bad.

If you have to do Charley, please spell it Charlie.
A more formal version of this, such as Charlotte, with a nn of Charlie would be better though.
Charlotte Reese with Charley used as a nn.
(I'm going to call a DD on this post).
Charley, spelled any way, is for boys.
Charlotte is the female version of Charles, and Charlotte Reese is adorable.
I like Charley. I vote for Charley Alexis.
I know a woman in her 40s named Charley and she'd never mentioned not liking her name.
Yeah... which is why I wonder why all the posters assumed the name was for a girl.
Which also leads me to say that at least one of the names (first or middle) should not be unisex.

Sorry, but this is even worse. Use Charlotte, please and call her Charlie for a nn.
