Cloth Diapering

Giving up on waiting, Kawaii

I quit.

I am no longer checking their site daily to see if they interpret "mid-February, early March/mid-March/end of March" the same way I do (clearly not).  No Pure & Naturals for me, I am done waiting, and really done buying for NB anyhow.  Glad I didn't hold out.

I will have to settle for the 10 used OS Minkies I have for now, and maybe cave and add a few other OS prints down the road.  So annoying.

Re: Giving up on waiting, Kawaii

  • I don't know if they have those, but I ordered a heavy wetter one from Aurora babies and it arrived very quickly. Sorry you've been waiting:(

  • I ordered some Kawaii's from Jackbenatural.com and the Pure and Natural are now back ordered until mid-April. I only ordered one of that type for some reason. I'm just going to wait for it since I don't need it until June.

  • Ugh, tell me about it. I've been waiting for their OS Snaps to be in stock for months now. It said mid-March. Yeah right. I don't want to order just a couple of what's in stock now, because you have to spend at least $70 to get free shipping. Otherwise it was going to be $12 (aka, more than the freaking diaper!).

  • My order took 46 days.

Not only do they take long to stock, but they take long to send.

Their customer service is a joke, and I do not recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately (or fortunately I guess), not everyone has such a terrible experience, so they still get tons of hype and recommendations.

For some people, it sucks. For others, their order comes in 5 days. It's bull.

I always tell people to buy Kawaii's, but from an online retailer and NOT their actual luvyourbaby site.

Sorry I used this thread to rant about something (semi) unrelated. I just can't stand them.

It was my understanding that they ship from China, just like Sunbaby and other cheap brands- how could they arrive in 5 days? Or am I missing something?

They're made in China, but distributed from British Columbia.

I think they've gotten much more popular very quickly. There are definitely growing pains.
