posting a picture

I had a 3d/4d ultrasound yesterday and I wanted to share a picture with you but I don't know how to upload a picture in the message. What is the website I can go to again? And then once I do that do I just click the little icon to insert an image and put in the url?

upload the photo to either photobucket (if you have an account) or you can use tinypic.com

and once you do that you can click the icon with the tree in it, insert the direct link (ends in .jpg).  In there you can also change the size if the picture is too big, etc.
