What can I take for Chough?

I have been coughing since Friday and I tried Delsym, but dose not work. Any tips on what else to try? TIA

Mucinex (it's the guifenesin, which is an expectorant that's important). It's safe during pregnancy. Robitussin is okay too.

Mine said any tylenol product is safe. My cough has gotten so bad with my asthma I had to get a prescription syrup.
