Bed rails, etc. for toddler using "big" bed

We are moving Emma to a full size bed this weekend.  I was shopping for double sided bed rails this weekend and checked BB&B and Target, and both said they didn't carry them in store.  Where did you buy your bed rails?  Or, is there something else you recommend?  Emma is a wiggle worm!  TIA.

We actually did buy our double rails from Target (Fields-Ertel) so they carried them in the store last summer.  Maybe the website is incorrect?  The ones we bought (don't remember the brand) was around $25-30 and we have been very happy with them.

I've seen bed rails at BRU, Baby Depot (connected to Burlington Coat Factory) and Walmart.
