Rash question

My girls both have a pimple-like rash in their diaper area.  It's maybe between 5-10 red pimples and it doesn't seem to be going away.  One has had it for several weeks - we took her to the pedi 2 weeks ago and they said it was definitely not a yeast infection, but they didn't really know what it was.  I'm thinking about calling again tomorrow since it hasn't gone away (and my other one has gotten a few more over the last few days).  I've tried Desitin and that isn't doing anything.  I can't really think of anything new they've eaten, so I don't know what's going on.  Has anyone's LO had this type of rash?  If so, what was it and how did you get it to go away?  Thanks!

M has never had anything like that, but whenever she has any sort of diaper rash, we use A&D Ointment and it clears it up.

Maybe try that?  I'd also call the pedi again too just to see if they can have another look at it.

Thanks   I'm definitely going to call the pedi again today.  Also, I've never tried A&D ointment, so thanks for that suggestion!
