NT ultrasound - could not make measurement

I returned from the NT ultrasound and they could not get a good enough picture to obtain the measurement.  So we are left with age based odds of 1:146 chance for downs.

Did anyone else have this experience?

 

I now have the CVS scheduled for Thursday.  I hope it goes well.

    The NT test can be done between 11-14 weeks. Why did they just not reschedule and try to do it again before you having to go the next more risky step of the CVS. sorry if i am too "questiony".

    Anyway hope the CVS goes well.

    I'm sorry to hear that!  I've heard getting the measurement can be tricky, sometimes.

    If you guys decided not to try for a do-over on the NT, that's fine, I had a CVS this time around with no issues.  Good luck!
