anyone having a tightness/pain by your belly button area?

I have and it's usually just baby girl sticking her but out or something.  It may also be a BH.  Does your whole belly feel tight?  Or just that one isolated spot?  If it's isolated, it's probably the baby.  If not, it's probably a BH.

Yep, a lot.  I chalk it up to an expanding belly and separating muscles.
