Hey!  You're moving from DC to DE too?  Are you already there?  We've got our house on the market (in NoVa), and are thinking we'll be making the move in June.  We looked in Hockessin, but my job's in Newark, and we were hoping to shorten my commute. 

Would love to chat more and learn more about you!  You know, as one DE newbie to another :)

    Hi!!! We are staying with my parents right now, they live in Newark (I am a Delaware native, actually). Then we are renting for a few months in Greenville, while our house (in silver spring) is on the market and we look to buy a place.

    Do you have any ideas about where in Newark you'd like to live? Let me know! It's a nice area to live in.

    Fingers crossed that our houses sell quick!!! How long have you owned your place in VA?
