new daycare provider

currently my mom & my SO's aunt watch my DS....split between the week.
but, i'm looking for something more consistent, and also something where i can take LO#2 with DS.

so, what are some things i should look for in my search? i have one in-home, certified lady (a co-worker's family member) in mind... but, might have to broaden my search if that doesn't work for whatever reason.

if anyone has any tips from their search/interviews, i'd greatly appreciate it!! TIA
