Update IUI # 4

Good morning,

 Just wanted to give an update from my post last week. Our test came back negative - this IUI was unsuccessful.  Went back to the Dr this AM and we are cleared to do another round. So, starting the cycle again, Clomid + Ovidrel and IUI # 5 in about 2 weeks.  Thanks for the support ladies !!

I'm sorry   How long are you planning on taking Clomid?? For me, I took Femara for 3 cycles, then my RE switched me to injectables. He said that if it doesn't work in 3 cycles, he moves on to something else. Good luck!!

Thank you.  I do seem to respond to it clomid + ovidrel so we are going to try one more time. We have had 2 pregnancies, one miscarriage and 1 D&C .  Since I have an unicornuate uterus we are staying away from IVF as we cant risk multiples.

If # 5 doen't  work, I think we will take a break and re-evaluate.

I'm sorry for your losses. Unfortunately I know all too well how much pain m/c cause. Are you a candidate for surgery for your unicornuate uterus?

I have my fingers crossed for you on this one!  Hang in there and don't think about it being the last IUI before the break, it's too stressful.
