Does this recipe look like you could make it ahead of time and freeze? If so, I need some tips on reheating. I'm trying my hand at the meal planning scene. I'm hoping to make this on Thursday (I have more time) for Sunday afternoon right after church. Please and Thanks.

.
I wouldn't make that one ahead of time because the sauce might get gluey. Maybe just cook the bacon and have everything prepped and ready to go. It doesn't look like it would take long to throw together. Some stuff that does freeze really well:
--lasagna, baked ziti, stuffed shells, pasta dishes that don't have cream sauces
--soups, stews, chili
--chicken casseroles such as chicken and veggies with rice or jambalaya
--chicken pot pie, shepherd's pie
--crockpot meals such as pulled pork, pot roast
