Exercise

What's everyone's exercise routine like?  I do a super circuits class which the instructor modifies for me (not sure if it's necessary) and also some weights and treadmill with a heavy incline.  Just looking for some other suggestions on what to do!  Also after exercising I get some cramping...I'm thinking I might just be a little dehydrated???  My doctor said all exercises are fine as long as I keep the water nearby...he even approved a boot camp which I was kind of surprised about, seems a little intense to me but what do I know!

  • I do 30 min on the elliptical machine 4 times a week and some free weights for my arms. I also do some squats and lounges.  Not sure about the cramping coming from being dehydrated though it is really important to stay hydrated while exercising.  Of course all Drs are different, but mine specifically told me to stop exercising if I had cramping.

    I live by prenatal yoga! I also generally do 2 days a week of elliptical and some free weights.

  • I normally go to the gym every day. One hour. 30 minutes on the bike, and 30 minutes on the treadmill. -.- Wouldn't be able to tell by looking at me though. Lmao.

  • I do 1.5 miles on the treadmill - 30 mins of pool exercises and then weights for arms and legs. - Love the pool!

  • I do prenatal yoga and a lot of walking. Once it warms up, I plan to do a lot of swimming as well.

    Chasing a toddler around all day is pretty good exercise, too!

  • I've been working out at least 5 days a week - either walking 3-3.5 miles or using the elliptical for 30-35 mins + some exercises w/ light weights (biceps curls, shoulder presses, etc)
  • I do a 1 hr zumba class mon and wed. Tues,thurs,fri I usually walk for about 45 mins to an hour.
