What's everyone's exercise routine like? I do a super circuits class which the instructor modifies for me (not sure if it's necessary) and also some weights and treadmill with a heavy incline. Just looking for some other suggestions on what to do! Also after exercising I get some cramping...I'm thinking I might just be a little dehydrated??? My doctor said all exercises are fine as long as I keep the water nearby...he even approved a boot camp which I was kind of surprised about, seems a little intense to me but what do I know!

I live by prenatal yoga! I also generally do 2 days a week of elliptical and some free weights.
Chasing a toddler around all day is pretty good exercise, too!
