Adoption Cake Wording?

We are finalizing on the adoption of our 12 month old Foster Son next month. He has been in our home since he was 2 months old. We want to have a small party when the adoption is finalized. We're trying to come up what to put on the cake. "Welcome" seems odd since we've had him most of his life, any suggestions??
