brushing teeth?

My guys just turned a year and i totally forgot to as the dr at their check up. They have 8 teeth each. Am I supposed to be brushing them?

    yes but no toothpaste until they can spit.  And even then make sure that it is a child (fluoride free) kind.

    This!! Except you can be using the flouride free kind before they learn to spit.  The toothbrush only needs a baby pea sized amount.  We started brushing Ophelia's teeth as soon as she had 2 (should've started at the first tooth but we got going pretty quickly all the same).  She has 12 teeth now.
