another disney question

I've decided to buy a carrier for the 10 mo old when we go on may but realize a stroller would be nice for naps.

We have a sit and stand which we don't use often (we used it today and it is harder to move around) and a single Joovy Kooper. I'm torn between bringing the Kooper and wearing the baby unless he wants to nap (the 4 yr old could use th stroller as long as the baby doesn't want to nap) OR bring the double but possibly push it with only 1 kid (if I am using the carrier or the 4 yr old is walking

Re: another disney question

  • I would bring the double. It is a lot of walking, even for a 4 year old AND you will have more room to store all your crap Big Smile I am going to miss my stroller slash coat holder, purse rack, crap carter, cupholder, etc. when I don't need one anymore!!!

  • We take our Kooper, and our single Maclaren and the ergo carrier.  You can't have a stroller in line and you are in line a lot.  By taking 2 singles, you can leave the one for the older child in a given area and let them walk from ride to ride, then get it when you are moving to a further area.  It is nice to have for the parades and outdoor shows, which DD loves.  You can probably borrow an extra single from a friend pretty easily for a few days or just buy a $15 one.

  • i also suggest 2 singles...given the ages of your kids they may want to split up and that double is going to be heavy and difficult to maneuver through lines/crowds.  One thing some people do is they hit a walmart or something out there and buy a super cheap, light weight stroller for one of the children.  we met my parents in fla, and my mom brought a light weight cheapie with her and it was a godsend.  b ut either way, i would say 2 singles over the double (my kids are different ages nd genders and we did split up at times to do 2 different activities)  hth
