I am just wondering if anyone sells their children's clothes on ebay. I gave away most of DS's clothes (to friends or goodwill). Now I have decided to start selling everything in excellent condition with good labels.
If you sell on ebay do you sell the matching/coordinating sets? Do they go pretty quickly?
Re: Do you sell your kids clothes on ebay?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
i sold a ton of their matching baby stuff on ebay - i sold in lots of clothes the same size, and same brand mostly... since certainly people LOVE Gymbo or Ralph Lauren, etc.
I only sold good brands, in great condition. The stuff that isn't as great i bring to consignemnt shops, yard sales, give to friends or donate depending on how fast i want it out of the house
now i'm giving all my matching stuff that isn't super-seasonal to my Dh's cousin who had BBG triplets - so her boys can wear my twin's stuff.
i sell at my MOM group fall/spring sale. The remainder that didn't sell, I'm going to try selling in lots on craigslist - pickup only.
oh yes! I have made over $300 on stuff that I was going to give away but I decided to try and list it just to see what happens and in just a month I have sold almost all of my 0-3 months stuff!
And it is super easy! You can do everything online through paypal...just set up the accounts on ebay and paypal, you can create, pay and print your mailing labels. Swing by your PO and pick up from flat rates boxes and start selling!
good luck!
