I try every other day. If I go longer than that she starts to stink like sour milk. She's also a big pooper... like daily up the back, have to change outfit poops. So it's just easier to bathe her every other day. Plus, she LOVES her baths and screams when I take her out of the water.

gets a bath everyday basically...sometimes we miss a day. It is part of the bedtime routine.. (well there really isn't a "bedtime" yet, but I like starting routines), my older daughter was bathed everyday as a newborn/infant too!
We do every other or every third day. We did this with dd too. If we bathed her too often she got reallt bad dry skin so we are trying to prevent this with ds.
Right now, it's about twice a week...with the additional bath if she has a really nasty blowout. I feel gross admitting that, but she has super dry skin and if I bathed/sponged her more often, she'd be far worse than she is now.
She really loves her baths, though, I'm hoping soon that we'll be able to wash her more often.

My other two also would get really dry skin if I bathed them too often, which is why I only bathe her once a week.
Most nights as it's part of our bedtime routine, also. At first we were trying to alternate bath and sponge bath, just to make it a little easier on us, but sponge baths turned out to be harder as she screamed the whole time. She's much happier with a real bath.
Wipe down every day, bath two times per week. DS also has very dry skin and even with lotion I feel bad bathing him more than that. But, he does still spit up a ton, so he ends up getting wipe- cleaned several times per day.

Both kiddos get a bath every other day at a minimum. My toddler gets very messy these days and I figure I might as well give DS a bath at the same time.

This! DS legs and face tend to be really dry so we only do baths every 3rd day or so.

i aim for a full bath twice a wee, but wipe down her face and neck daily.

Every night - Her poops can be a bit messy, and being a girl, I want to make sure she is super clean down there.
Plus she loves her bath, so sometimes it's the only happy playtime I can get during the evening fussiness,

Full bath every other day. I was doing every 3rd day, but she poops so much it was kinda grossing me out that she wasn't bathed more often.
I also take Johnson and Johnson face/hand wipes to her every morning to get out stale milk and clean her hands.
