Re: Musings on Motherhood

  • She's definitely a talented writer!  Must be an English major thing ( I actually know who she is thanks to my job...  but she probably wouldn't know who I was as we didn't have a ton of interaction).

And the most recent post... yeah, call me a blubbering mommy today...  I found the copy of Love You Forever that my mom gave me and read that...  saw the ESPN clip of the softball player's homerun LINK , and then that entry.  I'm a mess.  (Oh, and don't say I didn't warn you if you click on the link)

  • I didn't realize that you both adjunct at the same college! What a small world.

I think I need a breather before watching the ESPN clip. Wink

  • Not quite... she used to teach English in my building.

Ohhhhhhhhh, at the same high school? I didn't realize that, either!

  • OMG!!  I was choked up reading the birth one you mentioned on FB....and now I'm full out crying.  I think she just reached inside my head and wrote all my thoughts out for me.  Crying

I often tell her this. Honestly, I am so envious of the moments she has captured in words. As a fellow former English teacher, I adore her writing style and have total blog envy. She is super talented.

Yes, but like I said she may not know who I am.  Completely different corners in a large building.

Yes, I definitely understand. She's actual one of my cousin's good friends from high school. So, she's more of a friend of a friend of mine. As you know, though, she's super sweet (and super talented, obviously).

  • Thanks for sharing?I'm going to add it to my favorites.  Her husband (at least that is who I assume is in the picture in her most recent entry) looks very familiar to me but I can't quite figure out where I might know him from...

Yes, that's her husband. I'm pretty sure he works/worked for P&G. Other than that, I don't know much. Smile
