I really like Isiah Gabriel, although it's very biblical. Not sure if that matters to you one way or the other.

I like both but would spell the girl's name in the traditional way as Sofia. It's Greek, and the Greek's don't have a "ph" - plus it's less popular so she might get the FB or email or domain name she wants when she gets older. Boy's name is great!
