I'm starting my load days tomorrow. Do I use tomorrow's weight as my starting weight, or do I wait until I start the LCD?
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. I'm so excited for the end results though and that's what I'm using as motivation.
How is your weight loss going? I noticed your ticker hadn't changed but I wasn't sure if you just hadn't updated it!

Totally jealous of your load days....
I used my first weight before the load days as starting weight. Some people use their weight after their load days...I didn't because I only gained .1lb.
Don't forget that being hungry is normal the first two or so days, but after that your body should adjust and you shouldn't feel like you're not eating enough food. If you do, you may have to adjust your drops dosage. Let me know.
I was really nervous to start too...I'm generally terrible at following diets. But since the hcg really curbs your hunger, it makes it easier.
Also, don't be surprised if you feel like crap the first couple days (I'm starting to scare you away, huh?) But your body is also detoxing. So you might break out, or feel achy, but that goes away quickly. Just push through it! You eventually feel better than you did before, and have more energy, and a "clearer" head if that makes sense. At least that's what I've noticed.
You truly start seeing results fast, so that is a great motivator!
My weight loss has kind of stalled which I've read is normal. It's been about the same for the past 2-3 days so that's why I haven't updated it. I didn't weigh myself today because I slept in a little bit and you want to weigh yourself at the same time each morning. Hopefully tomorrow I'll notice another dip.
