need creative ideas!!

My sister, who is also Liam's godmother, has been an absolutely phenomenal aunt and sister to me. She has made a movie of pictures of Liam from every month since he was born (we have 14 incredible movies that still make me cry when I watch them!) to the most beautiful songs, she has taken several days off work to spend the day with him, she made an amazing smash cake for his birthday, she and her husband (Liam's godfather) simply adore him- I could go on and on. Liam is the first grandchild in our family, so everyone dotes on him, but my sister has a very special relationship with him.

I want to do something very special to thank them. I need some creative ideas! Picture frames are out- I thought about the Things Remembered route, but that's not their style.

Any thoughts?

What kind of stuff does she like? Is she a spa girl, does she like to go out to eat/movies/theatre, does she like scrapbooking, etc...?  My decision would be based on her personal style and preference for what she considers a treat.

 I will say that I love to make photobooks on shutterfly and you could make one just with pics of her and your LO. You can personalize it with poems and stories etc.
