Moms of preemies

Did you have any signs early-on that LO may come early?  I'm just feeling like everything is early this time, and perhaps it's just because it's my second time around. Perhaps it's just because I'm a worry wart!

One of the main reasons I'm concerned is because my breasts are leaking already (started around 25 weeks).  I wasn't able to breastfeed Priya due to a breast-reduction in 2000, and they didn't produce this much even after she was born.  Also, my *ahem* crotch seems swollen and sore most of the time.  She's already turned (Priya turned at 37 weeks).

Argh... Please ease my fears and tell me I'm being irrational. TIA

Mikey wasn't a preemie, but I was. Mom's main indication that I was ready to come out early was her water breaking at 35 weeks.

No help, I know. I just had to post to tell you how abso-freakin-adorable Priya is

And I do hear that leaking can happen as early as the 1st tri.

Oh no! Hope everything's okay. I'm no help, I was overdue with all mine...the earliest I've ever delivered was 41 weeks. I've had 3 head down from 20 weeks on and two that turned at 39 weeks, so no help here. Bring up your worries at your next prenatal, hopefully they can give you anwers.

My first child was 35 weeker and no signs before hand. My second pregnancy I felt everything sooner than I did with my first and had a c-section at 39 weeks. My symptoms were totally different with second baby(even the "crotch" thing. If you are not having any problems right now I would just relax(as much as you can) and enjoy your pregnancy. Congrats!

Sarah was born at exactly 40 weeks and was turned by the time she was 25 weeks. I don't have any other experience but being turned alone certainly doesn't make it risky to deliver early.
