straw cups and milk...

So weird... my guys just turned a year. They have been solely on straw cups for the last 2 months. They drink water and juice perfectly. Now that we switched to milk, they dribble SO much and they are socking wet after a few sips... Do you think they are just adjusting to the taste?

It could be due to the taste of the milk in the sippy, like they are expecting either water or juice when they are drinking from it. Are they teething? Every time my DD is cutting a new tooth, she dribbles milk out of her mouth when she's drinking from her sippy.

My DD has been drinking out of the straw sippy since about 9 months. When we tried switching to whole milk, she either refused to drink it out of the sippy or just let it pour out of her mouth. Anything else in her sippy she doesn't do that. We stopped with milk and put toddler formula in it and shes fine. I think she just wasnt enjoying the milk.
