For a girl?? It sounds fine, but with two "masculine" names, I would think it was a boy.
This. I like the sound of it and I assume Pearce is a middle name, but it definitely sounds masculine. Casey can go either way easily, so people look to the middle name to figure out the sex. I'd go feminine for that reason.
I agree with these posts- I would assume it was a boy. I'd use something more feminine with Casey, and if Pearce is non-negotiable I'd pick something more feminine for the fn.
The females I know with this name are spelled with a "K". I've only known male Caseys. My best friend is Kacee, but her mother's maiden name was Kacee which is why she went with that spelling. I like Kasey.
I am in the minority I see but we almost named DD Kasey and were going to spell it like that. I guess it's a good thing we didn't since we could have been commiting a "K" sin

Really? I can only think of two....maybe three if I really wrack my brain.
The only acceptable one is Casey.
Ok, so the title is misleading. Many names have many different spellings, lol.
however, my FI has a strange way of thinking and could come up with a funky way to spelling "Casey".

I reaaallllyyy only like Casey on a boy (love it on a boy though).
I find it dated on a girl.
That being said, I know girls with these spellings:
Casey. Kasey. Kacie. Cayce. Kacee. Kaci.
I agree with these posts- I would assume it was a boy. I'd use something more feminine with Casey, and if Pearce is non-negotiable I'd pick something more feminine for the fn.
Reading that made me want to hurl. WHYYYYYY do people do this kind of stuff to their kids?????
Casey
Really the only acceptable way to spell Casey is Kayceey
Or if you want to be creative, k8' see
This. Pearce is all boy to me and Casey could easily be a boy or girl.
This. And while we're on the subject, I would spell Corey like that too. Not a fan of the other spellings.
Both names sound masculine to me. What about pairing Casey with a really feminine middle name, such as Casey Elizabeth?
