Contractions?

I have been having random contractions when I go from a sitting to standing position or just at random times.  Anyone else experience before birth of twins?  Anyone experiencing it now?

I've had them every so often over the past week or so. I was actually having some tonight while having an nst. They checked my cervix and it's fine, so I guess they aren't doing much. I know they say it's normal to have them with a twin pregnancy, but it still makes me nervous.

My dr told me at my last appt it would be normal to start feeling contrax now, but I have yet to feel them. One suggestion when getting up is to get up slowly (if you aren't already doing that) getting up too quickly from a sitting position is bad for many reasons.
