need help changing siggy!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I can't get my siggy to change. 

Can anyone give me a step by step? Seems like every time I try I end up on the Knot site and even that doesn't make the changes work. Frustrating!

    It's not you, it them! There are many of us that can't change them and this has been going on a month now. They are supposedly working on it. I should DH the error message and all he could do was shake his head and say they must have idiots in their IT department. I know some ladies have been able to find ways around it, but not all can change it even through the back door methods. There is also an issue with the avatars changing even after you change it back,too.

    I must be one of the lucky ones. When I click my avatar I get a message from the knot saying this user doesn't exist. When I finally get to the part where I can change my siggy it saves, but it never changes in my posts. It's making me crazy that I can't update that I'm expecting #2 in there.
