Acne from drooling in her sleep?

My DD had a red bump like a pimple on her cheek this week and then this morning when I got her up she had three new ones. They're only on one cheek and I'm wondering if it could be from drooling? She definitely drools in her sleep because she is using a small pillow now and it has drool stains on the case. What can I do to help this? Anyone?

    My DD gets those too...can't really do anything.  They go away in a few days...just clean her face with a mild cleanser & warm water.

    Could you put a fleece pollow case on her pillow?  That may help pull the drool away from her skin.  Make sure to change her pillow case often, as old drool can make for worse acne.

    My DD gets the same thing. We put a little Aquaphor on her cheeks before bed, it keeps the moisture off of them.
