The sale goes until 1, and after 12 they are discounting everything even more! It's at 155 Main St. downtown Seattle (near Fireman's Park), and even though they initially had people get tickets, they aren't being checked at all. There's no limit to the number of items you can buy. The one man working at the checkout was way more lenient about pricing than the women my friends checked out with (but they still got major deals, too). Cash only! No room for strollers.
