Thank you. Things seem to be going better. I talked to the nurse manager yesterday afternoon and she asked if I would be ok with her discussing the concerns with the two nurses first especially the nurse who was previously in training and see if things improve before I wrote them off completely. After talking with her we agreed to let our concerns be addressed first especially with the babies being much more stable and requiring less care.

I am not sure it was the right choice but I have no other issues with the nurses. They are both great otherwise.
