Both of our NT scans have been fails.. Baby won't cooperate!!

I should have known baby #2 would be my challenge... DS was such an easy baby and even cooperated as a fetus : )
After 2 u/s to get measurements for the NT scan, we give up!! I've jumped around, coughed, emptied my bladder... Baby just won't give a good shot. Likes to be on it's tummy. Blood tests came back with great numbers (1 in 10,000 for trisomy and 1 in 2,000 for Downs) so I feel confident with that. Oh well! : )

The same exact thing happened to me with Addyston. We tried for at least 45 minutes both times and never were able to get the measurement. The Peri said from what he could see things looked good and our bloodwork also came back on so they gave up.

FWIW the tech said that without seeing the money shot she would put her money on a girl because it's always the girls who gave her trouble. And, she was right. So... maybe you have a little girl cookin in there

What a little stinker!  I'm glad the rest of the results were fine, though.

When I had my NT scan with Tyler, all he did was stick his tongue out the whole time.
