When were you told to have intercourse during your Clomid or un-medicated cycles?

I'm in the same boat as you here, I think.  I'm on my first cycle of 50mg clomid and I had a +OPK on Wednesday.  I had my u/s follie check and b/w done yesterday.  After the RE reviewed my u/s and b/w, they suggested that we BD once today and once tomorrow.  Bear in mind that my DH counts are on the high end of low.  GL to you!  I hope your follie check goes well today!

I was told to use OPK's. I had also been charting for the year prior to that so I had a pretty good idea of when I ovulated each cycle. Good luck to you!

My medicated cycles were part of a Research Study & not properly monitored.  We were told that we HAD to have sex atleast 2-3 times a week (rules of the study).  We opted for EOD, from AF to O, then once O was confirmed (via temping) we slowed down a little.

My OB/GYN told me to have TI 14 days after the start of my cycle which we did for 1 year and later learned that is jsut if you ahve a 28 day cycle, and you O regularly at the same time.  Thanks pal.  It is actually 14 days before the end of your cycle so you have to know how long your cycle is.

But none of that really applies to most of us on here because that advice is jsut in an ideal situaiton. Are you tracking O? Really you should BD before O (sperm usually live for 2 days) so that the sperm is waiting for the release of the egg and then again at O and the day after. We bought a ferility monitorin watch which you wear every day from CD1 to O that tracks hormone levels in your body and then tells you when levels are jsut starting to rise so you know 3 days before O. DIdn't wrok for us as we have other issues but I liked the concept.

I've been charting for almost three years so I know when I O every month. I was just wondering what your doctors told you as far as TI+ clomid. Every day, every other day, etc.

I was monitored each clomid cycle US & blood. Typicially my RE would give me instructions based on when he thought I would O. So it wasn't a general every day every other day thing.

Generally, the reccomendation is every other if you are trying to concieve. But who has time for that, right? If I were to change anything I would have like to BD every day or every other day begining a couple days before my monitoring to a couple days after so like a week and a half total.

I used ovulation monitors.  Later on I also used HCG triggers.  Which would be 24-36 hours.
