Eyes won't stop leaking
14dpo... Did a FRER today and blank as can be. Cramps getting stronger. I was doing ok until a friend told me that she's taking Clomid now to try for baby #2. Her baby #1 is only 6 months old. Then I started crying. I have a WONDERFUL group of best friends I met while we were all planning our weddings and out of that group of 7... 2 are new moms (including the friend mentioned), 3 are pregnant, and 2 don't even know if they want children. I don't know if I can handle it now. My other best friend is pregnant from FET and has a 3 year old from fresh IVF.
It is just surrounding me today. I was trying to be so strong, but I just feel like I should give up.
Sorry for venting. I just needed to get it out and figured you guys would understand.

Here's what I'm so confused about... We have done 4 IUIs now. This one was our best shot. I had a 24mm follie and a handful of smaller ones, DH had 28mil count with 94% motile. We BD'd twice right after IUI (that night and the next) I did max follistim, menopur, had excellent lining... did acupuncture and FSH was 7.5, wheatgrass shots, supplements for good egg quality, prenatals, didn't drink caffeine or alcohol. had a polyp removed, didn't exercise so as not to tweak an ovary, listened to circle + bloom meditation sessions. What isn't working? I am seriously curious what you guys would think about that. I don't have any other problems.
Any thoughts?

1/1010 FINALLY decided to have testing done, dx MFI
7/2010 - DH starts Clomid to increase testosterone and hopefully sperm count
10/2010 - Still low (but improved) sperm count.
11/30/10 - IUI #1 and only = BFN
February 2011 - IVF #1 w/ ICSI =
Chemical PG (Beta 1: 10, Beta 2: 19, Beta 3: 17) :-(
April 2011 - IVF #2 w/ ICSI = BFN :-(
September 2011 - IVF #3 w/ ICSI = BFFN
November 2011 - AMH level tested - .83 (normal for age range)
February 2012 - IVF #4 w/ ICSI = (best response ever yet still) BFFN
April 2012 - DNA testing - NORMAL, RE suggests cycling again with own eggs or using DE
On Break indefinitely...not sure we can afford the emotional and financial roller coaster anymore.

I'm sorry, I lost it yesterday too... when AF showed up on day 30 (I'm usually a 26 day cycle) and DH's SA results came back at 300K sperm, all in the same day. (at least it wasn't zero like it was last time?)

Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.
IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.
Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.
