Still not laughing?

Okay, I need someone to tell me I'm just worrying...

C is just over 7 months 1 week actual, born 6 weeks early.  She is still not laughing.  She squeals, smiles, makes eye contact, etc., but no giggles.  W was playing with her the other day and got what sounded like the beginning of a laugh (like one "ha!", lol) out of her, but that's the closest she's gotten.

In my head I know I shouldn't worry, but it's still bugging me!!!

DD was never a bit laugher until about 1 year- she would snicker and squeal but not the big baby belly laugh. I don't think it's uncommon even in full term babies- some kids just don't get deliriously giggly. Now she's much more of a "laugher", but it's usually spurred on by exhaustion- she's a pretty serious kid and is much more expressive with her face.
