Since I was 10 years old, this has stuck out to me as the dumbest song of all time.

The Perculator.

What a stupid little girl. Try writing (or getting your writers) to write a better song that doesn't make you look like a complete dunce. A singing lesson or two couldn't hurt either.

I actually had no idea what the perculator was until I went to college. True story.

And that Rebecca Black song is just wrong. Her voice is so grating.

Ok Chrissie -- I just YouTube'd "The Perculator"  -- I take back my original statement. That song is just terrible.

btw -- is this a trend we can expect from you every Friday? Dumb Song Fridays? 

ETA: I was just singing "it's time for the perculator" while making my coffee. Damn you!

I hate that song that was kinda big about 10 years ago...something with the lyrics "I'm blue"... it had an electronic type beat to it.  UGH. Now it's in my head. Thanks!!

I believe it was just called "Blue" it was super-popular at our campus nightclub when I was in University. Fun fact - my university campus has three bars, one of which was a pretty popular nightclub. Crazy drink-loving Newfies.
