cottonbabies warranty?

Has anyone ever sent their aplix BG 3.0s back to cottonbabies?  Four of mine have a center strip that is literally falling apart- shredding more & more each time they're washed.  I've only been using them for 3 months, and each diaper gets used maybe once a week or so, so it's not an overworked issue.  Is that normal wear & tear?  I'm emailing them now as well.

I haven't heard good things about the warrently when it is anything dealing with aplix. I have seen a lot of people say that the company claims that is normal wear and tear, especially if they are 3.0's. Obviously it doesn't hurt to check with them first!!

I just sent back a 3.0 where the front strip of the aplix was coming unstiched, and I got back a new 4.0, no questions asked.

In my experience they are good at honoring the warranty.  I haven't sent aplix though, just Elementals.  You need the original receipt to prove it was purchased w/in 1 year.

I had the same thing happen with a 3.0 AIO this week. I haven't called yet.  I need to see if I can find a receipt.
