Cool! Then can I pump you for information? I know they've grown a lot recently, but do you know how big their Drug Metabolism/PK department is or how it is organized? We might want to move back to Seattle some day and they are one of the companies on my list.
I don't know anything about the department you mentioned. Sorry.
What I can tell you is that they have good benefits, decent salary, good advancement opportunities, and just seem to want to make their employees happy. When I worked there (it's been almost 4 years now since I left), they had a Friday meeting every week where they served breakfast for everyone: bagels, deli meats, donuts, muffins, tons of fruit, etc. It was nice! Not just the food, but also feeling like you were "in the know" every week, and not like they were trying to hide things like some companies do. They also give tons of gifts. I was only there for about a year and in that time, I got a jacket, sweatshirt, three different drinking glasses, and an iPod. They did bonuses for everyone as company milestones were met. I got promoted in my short time there and also left there (again after just over a year) making 17% more than when I started.
As of when I was there, they had never had lay offs - ever. That's a nice record to have.
I'm in touch with my old manager still, and she's really excited about how the company is doing and the growth.
I wish I could help you more on specifics.
