First follie scan on clomid, what to expect?

I have my first follie scan on clomid this afternoon.  Today is day 12 so I'm hoping I'm ready to trigger since I almost always ovulate on my own on day 14.  How many eggs can I hope for on 100mg clomid?  What size are we looking for? What should my lining be?

Started TTC January 2007 4 failed IUIs, 2 failed IVFs
2012 - Adopted Child #1
2014- Adopted Child #2

2015 - Fostering Child #3

    my RE wants to see a follie 18mm or larger.  last cycle I only had a 17- almost 18... and a ton of smaller ones- and BFN.  This cycle I had a 21 and a 25, and one that was about 17 and might mature, plus at ton of smaller than 10.

    My RE triggers only when you get a positive OPK the night before, or if your blood levels show ovulation is about to happen, and your follies are big enough.... when i got pg with my son it was CD15... last cycle it was CD18 and this cycle it was CD16.
