I think I found it at walgreens or walmart.

I'm pretty sure I bought mine at Safeway on one of those things that hang on the shelves in the baby section.

I have them and I don't like them...they aren't nearly sensitive enough for ds's to bite and they vibrate. My oldest son had an awesome one that he could barely bite and it would vibrate. I just found it online, YAY!!!
