How many is too many?

I am closing in on 45 CD's between my pockets, prefolds, and covers. I am doing laundry less and less frequently. I find mysefl constantly searching for more. WTF do I do? Surely I don't need this many?

Are there ones that you are comfortable getting rid of? Prefolds don't count to me as full on diapers to me although that is mostly all I use...just because they are so cheap and so versatile so I would hang on to them no matter what unless you never use them. If you have covers you don't use or pockets you don't love you could sell some of those to try the other stuff you are looking at

That's nothing.  I have that many pockets. Add in fitteds and prefolds and I could CD a small daycare.  I like it because I don't HAVE to finish the laundry.

Dont ask us that question, we are all addicted to CD. I have 70 pocket/AIO/AI2 plus prefolds. I could go 10 days without doing the laundry! I wash every 2 days tho bc I love taking care of my CD and love the smell of clean diapers

LOL. When I first read OPs subject I thought "surely she's asking about kids, bc this board doesn't believe in too many diapers!"

I wish I had this problem.  We can't afford all the fun things that you ladies all talk about... it is so sad.  We switched to cloth diapering to save money and I am hoping that boyfriend's family throws their baby shower for us soon (they were waiting for his grandparents to come back from Arizona) so I can get fun CDs!!!  

I personally don't think you could have too many either... and I am totally jealous of you.

No such thing as too many!

I dont have a bunch simply because I dont have the money for a bunch but I do go crazy making wipes and fleece soakers and woolie things!

I have about 20 pocket diapers for DS which has me doing laundry every 2 days...it's the perfect amount for a toddler.

For DD, I have 30 prefolds and 6 covers. I didn't CD DS as a newborn so I'm not sure if that's too much or about right...we'll find out soon!
