Daycare Recommendations

I am expecting my baby this summer and DH and I have been debating whether or not I should work after the baby is born or go back to school.  To keep my options open I have been looking into  daycare centers in the Portland area.  I live in Beaverton but would be working or going to school in Downtown Portland. 

Does anyone have any good recommendations of places they have used for child care in the area or know of any places that I should definitely avoid?

We toured both The Children's Garden and St. James Development Center. Both are downtown. We chose The Children's Garden, but both seemed fairly equal. I don't have anymore advice since our baby isn't even born yet. Good luck.

St. James and Children's Garden are where most of my friends' kids go.

My son has been at Care A Lot for almost a year and we really love them, plus they are super affordable!

My LO goes to the kindercare downtown.  The infant teacher is fantastic.  Not cheap however.
