I just started spraying night time dipes with BacOut when I throw them in the pail because I just had ammonia stinkies for the first time a few weeks ago and I NEVER want them to come back haha

I may just be neurotic, but I spray every poop diaper and every overnight diaper.  To this day (nearly 2 years of CDing) we've never had a stain.  My dipes are spotless.  I guess you don't HAVE to use Bac-Out, but it's pretty cheap if you get it concentrated and dilute it (we get a gallon at a time from soap.com and use coupon codes to get it cheap).  It also helps to make sure that the diaper pail doesn't stink.

I started to use Bac-Out when my DS started solids. I only use it on his poop diapers and it is only because his poop is pretty gross now.  I am sure plenty of people don't use an enzyme spray.
