I'm at a loss here. I don't want to be stuck at home 100% of the time when my twins come. DS will be almost 2, but he is a wanderer and I don't know how well he will walk with us. Does anyone have suggestions for a triple stroller that meets these criteria:
1) Doesn't cost $1500
2) I can maneuver fairly easily in the mall, Walmart, Target, etc.
3) Can hold fairly small babies...either in carseats or reclines enough so that they can lay down.
Re: 3u2 stroller suggestions?
you are the perfect candidate for a valco baby! a friend of mine had one when she had a son and b/g twins a year and a half later!
it's a normal all terrain double side by side stroller with a booster sit that hooks in the front- that seat can even have it's own canopy. her son liked it! and when the babies could sit up really well, sometimes a baby would go in front!
valco baby tri-mode with toddler 'joey' seat ...i think with the seat it's about $798 ....i'm sure you could find better deals if you bought the stroller and seat separately looking for good deals though. Thanks! I looked at that one and read a review that said basically the sit/stand is very cramped/unusable if the seat in front is reclined or has a infant carseat attached. DS is a big kid (32 lbs/33" at 15 months) so I think it might now work for us.
Thanks so much! I'll check it out. I've never heard of it and I'm hopeful it works for us.
Great! One was just listed this morning on our local craigslist. I responded within 30 minutes of it being posted, so I'm hopeful we'll get it. I know it's early, but it's a great deal. I figure if we don't need it, I can always sell it.
