Anyone order from Franklin Goose?

Im usually just a lurker over here since I am really just a newbie at cloth diapering and I wont get to try it out unitl out LO is born.

I ordered some diapers through Franklin Goose and Ive tried contacting thier customer service for the past week and no one has replied to my emails or answered thier phone. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this happen with Franklin Goose.

There's a lot of drama going on with Franklin Goose right now. I've never ordered from them but I know there's a lot of backlash going on at the moment about their customer service and their discontinuation of their review/credit program.

Thank you for your reply, I wish I had known before I placed my order last week. I will just have to wait for my order to arrive and hope I dont have any problems.

I have also heard bad things about their customer service, but I've never ordered from there.  I have shopped in person, since that is the only CD store within a few hours of here, and their customer service is excellent.  I'm not sure where the issue is, but I would definitely try calling over e-mail.

I have ordered from them. They are scammers. I would call your CC company and file a dispute immediately. You only have a limited amount of time to do so (15-45 days depending on your cc company policy).

The gist of my experience with them is that they charged my cc several hundred dollars. They did not have an order to back up those charges. They just arbitrarily charged my cc. I couldn't get in contact with their customer service for the most part. The one time I did they were rude and refused to fix the problem. I disputed with my cc and they refunded the money. A lot of people got scammed by them and the company doesn't care.

They owe people hundreds of thousands of dollars in store credit.

I've ordered from them.  Orders took ENTIRELY too long to ship- I'm talking MONTHS not just weeks.  And they owe me over $250 in store credit- those other orders were with my own money since I banked my credits to help THEM out.  HMFP!  I hate Franklin Goose!
