Where can I go swim?

I'm located near charlotte and really want to go swim for the afternoon. I feel so heavy and uncomfortable, I'd love to feel weightless! I don't belong to a gym with a pool. Is there an aquatic center where you can pay by visit? Any recs? Thanks in advance!
