Where to buy balloons?

Where is a good place to buy solid colored helium balloons for a birthday party?

I pick mine up from Partytime (formerly Factory Card & Party)  I usually get the 12 inch solid color ones and this time (Henry's party is this Sunday) I have invested in some Ultra Hi-float so the balloons will stay floating for longer.  This way I can inflate the balloons in the morning or the night before and they will still be floating come the afternoon.

I got mine at Party City - and ditto the ultra hi-float... Ours actually lasted several weeks!
