So far I have been impressed with Child Health Associates in Troy. DD just started going there in the fall, and has been twice. We've seen Dr. Mackey who we liked and Dr.Koval who we loved! Actually, loved both of these ladies. I cannot speak to the delayed vaccination schedule since DD is past that stage, but I plan on taking our new LO there, too. It will be a question I ask them!
We LOVE Birmingham Pediatrics and Wellness Center in Troy. There are two female doctors and one female NP. They are very modern with their office - instead of scary exam tables they use leather couches that you can sit on and hold your baby while they examine them. I love their philosophy and they have emails that you can contact them at any time, day or night!
My son goes to Merrillwood Peds in Royal Oak and I absolutely love it there. They're very thorough and spend as much time with you as you need. His primary pedi is Dr. Butry and she is wonderful. He was hospitalized recently and even though she wasn't on call that day, she came up to the hospital to check on us. He's also seen Dr. Peltz and I like her a lot too. They are pretty adamant about children getting vaccinated on schedule though and have a strongly worded letter on their website about it.
Called Out - it appears that our kids go to the same day care AND pediatrician. What a coincidence!

This. Everyone there has been great. We love Dr. Molly. They offer "Meet the pedi" sessions as well where they will give you a tour of their facilities and tell you about the practice and allow you to ask questions before you even decide to use them. I think those take place on Monday nights, but you can call to ask about it. They are also open to an alternative vaccination schedule.
Re: Pediatrician Recommendations
Care to name names?:) I have a R.O. pedi and I wonder if it's the same...
Royal Oak Pediatrics is where we started off. I switched after DS's 6 month
