I'm sick of fishing disposable wipes out of my DD's poop or having to throw thme away separately.
I'm going ot have my mom sew some, but need something for in the meantime. Also, is there some sort of spray or concoction I can put in a spritz bottle? I'd rather wet the wipes that way than keep them wet in a container.
Re: Please rec your cloth wipes
We use cheap Gerber washcloths and some WAHM wipes (SMJAE, Small Wonders Wipes, and Quilters Nappies on HC).
ETA: I wet them in the sink as needed and keep a squirt bottle of water in the diaper bag.
We also use cheap washcloths. I buy packs of them at TJ Maxx/Marshalls for $5.99 for 12 or so.
My friend uses her peri bottle to wet her washcloths. I tried that and didn't like it. I keep mine in a wipes warmer.
This. We use fleece wipes, dampen them with warm water, ring them out, roll them up (like little cigars) and put about 8 in the wipes warmer. They last about 1.5 days and stay moist and warm! They never smell bad, and LO loves the warmth on her butt (who wouldn't!!!)
I use Target baby wash cloths (Circo brand). I have a few Charlie Banana's wipes which are really really soft and I love when one pops up in my rotation, but the washcloths are good, too.
I keep them in a wipes warmer. I tried using the spray bottle, but that didn't work for me.
