Anyone's lo had a uti/bladder infection?

Daycare just called and said Reese is acting really antsy and crying when she goes to the bathroom. We've had huge setbacks on potty training, thanks to grandma (don't even get me started on that!), so I'm not sure if it's behavioral or if I should be concerned about a uti. What symptoms did your lo have, if they've had a uti? (I have a call into the pedi, they are just going to tell me to bring her in, so I would like to hear from moms!!)

My niece has had a few.  She was a little older when she got her first one - already potty trained - but she would scream every time she went to the bathroom.

Lily had one in the nicu. Does she have a fever? That's usually the first clue.
