I participated in a program with my insurance company for my pregnancy.  Participated is a strong word for what I did.  I just answered their questions over the phone a few times throughout the pregnancy.  In exchange for doing so they sent me a small gift.  It was a plastic children's dish set.  I flipped the thing over to see if it had any BPA free markings and it was stamped not microwave safe and it said this, "duration of use not to exceed 15 minutes".  What?!?!?!    Needless to say it went right in the trash.

OMG!  How scary!  I gave up on plastic plates, I just threw all mine out.  I just give my son a glass plate, he does fine, he's never thrown it or anything!
